Born from frustration. Built with purpose.

Adaptive MDC was founded in 2025 by three industry veterans who had collectively delivered over 558 MW of critical infrastructure across four continents, and had seen first-hand what happens when programmes rely on fragmented supply chains, sequential delivery models, and vendors who supply rather than partner.

The founding team, with backgrounds spanning IBM, global hyperscale programmes, and specialist modular delivery, set out to build a new infrastructure delivery model. Not another OEM-led supplier. Not another consultancy. A fully integrated delivery partner.

From site assessment through to commissioning, we manage every phase as a single accountable partner. We carry the hard-won lessons of 120+ years of combined experience so our customers do not have to learn them the difficult way.

Tom leads commercial strategy, client relationships, and overall business direction, with decades of experience delivering large-scale data centre programmes across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise infrastructure.
