Frequently Asked Questions

AI inference workloads typically require 20–50 kW per rack and can use hybrid air/liquid cooling. AI training and HPC workloads demand up to 130 kW per rack and require full liquid cooling infrastructure. Adaptive MDC designs for both tiers.

Our parallel EPC model compresses timelines by 20–50% versus sequential construction. Actual timescales depend on capacity, site type, and jurisdiction, but running design, manufacture, and site preparation simultaneously consistently reduces time to revenue.

Factory testing means modules are fully assembled, powered, and functionally tested before shipping. Issues are identified and resolved before the module reaches site, reducing installation risk, commissioning time, and post-handover defects.

We are not tied to a preferred equipment supplier. For each project we select the best-fit vendor based on cost, programme, availability, and technical performance, reducing supply chain risk and avoiding proprietary lock-in.
