Deploy operational data centre capacity faster.
By combining design, procurement, manufacture, installation, and commissioning under one accountable programme structure — we replace fragmented delivery models with a streamlined approach built for speed, certainty, and execution.
Infrastructure delivery built for AI-era demand.
A future where deploying data centre capacity is predictable, fast, and rooted in long-term partnerships — not multi-year coordination exercises between disconnected contractors.
Four things that are genuinely different.
Not claims. Capabilities — backed by 558+ MW of critical infrastructure delivery across 100+ facilities in 15+ countries. This is not modular for modular's sake. This is infrastructure delivery designed for AI-era demand.
End-to-end accountability —
not a handoff model
Most data centre projects involve multiple contractors with overlapping scopes and disputed interfaces. When something goes wrong, accountability is fragmented. Adaptive MDC is a single point of responsibility from specification to switch-on. One team. One programme. One number to call at any stage.
558+ MW delivered under a single delivery modelVendor-agnostic — the design
drives the equipment
A product-tied supplier specifies the solution that fits their catalogue. Adaptive MDC specifies the solution that fits your project. Vendor-agnostic procurement means equipment is selected for cost, lead time, and programme fit — not for supply chain margin. The result is a specification optimised for your requirements, not ours.
Multiple manufacturing partnerships across Europe, APAC, and North AmericaFactory-tested quality — defects
resolved before site
In a traditional build, defects are discovered on site — where they are expensive, programme-breaking, and visible. In Adaptive MDC's factory-built model, mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems are tested and documented in the factory, before a module leaves. By the time it arrives on your site, it's ready to install. Not ready to test.

We engage at specification stage — before the ITT is issued. Power density, cooling architecture, redundancy tier, and site interface are all defined in collaboration with your engineering team. We don't present a pre-configured product and ask you to fit your requirements to it. We design around your requirements, then build it.
120+ years of combined engineering experience across mission-critical sectorsReady to talk about your programme?
We engage at specification stage — before the ITT is issued. The earlier we're involved, the more value we can add to your programme.
Born from frustration.
Built with purpose.
The next generation of AI infrastructure cannot be delivered through yesterday's construction model. Adaptive MDC was founded in 2025 by three industry veterans who had collectively delivered over 558 MW of critical infrastructure across four continents — and had seen first-hand what happens when programmes rely on fragmented supply chains, sequential delivery models, and vendors who supply rather than partner.
The founding team — with backgrounds spanning IBM, global hyperscale programmes, and specialist modular delivery — set out to build a new infrastructure delivery model. Not another OEM-led supplier. Not another consultancy. A fully integrated delivery partner built for organisations under pressure to deploy capacity faster than traditional providers can realistically deliver it.
From site assessment through to commissioning, Adaptive MDC manages every phase as a single accountable partner. We carry the hard-won lessons of 120+ years of combined experience so our customers don't have to learn them the difficult way.

The companies that lead the next phase
of digital infrastructure growth
will not be the ones still waiting.
Adaptive MDC was created for organisations that cannot afford to wait for traditional delivery models to evolve. If that is you, we would like to hear about your programme.
